Last month I celebrated my 22^nd year as an entrepreneur.

I also alluded to 2024 being my last year coaching other entrepreneurs.

However, I didn’t share any specifics because at the time, I didn’t know what my final act might look like myself!

Well, last week Stephanie and I were blessed to vacation in Cancun.

Whenever I need inspiration, ideas, wisdom, or guidance, I find it at the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and the beach.

There’s something about both places that opens my mind to possibility, creativity, and wisdom from the Lord.

When I returned from Cancun, I posted on social media that I now know what the ‘final mile’ will look like.

Today, I want to share it with you.

I take very seriously the relationship I have with my clients – both current and past.

This also includes entrepreneurs in the Dream Business Community through my books, emails, and social media.

Much of my life and backstory as an entrepreneur have been an open book.

I’ve always tried to be candid with you about the good, bad, and the ugly of being an entrepreneur.

It’s important so you can make informed decisions as you grow your own Dream Business.

During the last several months, some entrepreneurs have said “Jim, I want to work with you when I’m ready,” or “I hope to work with you before you retire!”

That is a big reason I am sharing this update with you at this time.

So, here is what I know about my plans regarding my Dream Business Mastermind and Coaching Program.

1. I will retire at the end of 2024.
2. My Dream Business Mastermind and Coaching Program currently has two openings. It’s possible some additional spots might open up if some clients do not renew, but as of now, two spots are available.
3. My plans for 2024 are to continue coaching 3 days a week as Stephanie and I travel around the country in our Rolling Home. This will be much like we did on our Floating Home.
4. Because I truly love what I do, and also appreciate the tremendous health benefits of keeping our brains active, my plan is to continue working for a couple years past 2024 with 3-5 clients.

These 3-5 private coaching clients could be current coaching members or new clients, so long as they pass my ironclad litmus test.

This means they will be:

• Results-driven action takers
• Fun to work with
• Hassle-free and no drama

There’s one more thing that my trip to Cancun inspired to do differently in 2024.

Up to this point, all of my coaching programs have had a one-year commitment.

That will largely remain.

However, some entrepreneurs want to work on a limited, advanced timetable with a specific objective in mind.

This can include how to run profitable micro events and/or how to sell from the stage.

These are things I have mastered with my Dream Business Academies and with No Hassle Newsletters.

Others wanted my help writing and publishing a book, creating a new course, brand, podcast, etc.

To help as many entrepreneurs as I can, I am open to short-term, results-based coaching engagements.

You might be wondering why I am sharing this much detail about my future plans.

Honestly, I love what I do and it has truly been the most rewarding part of the last 22 years.

While I look forward to amazing adventures with Stephanie, I want to serve as many entrepreneurs as I can in 2024.

Kind of my version of going out with a bang!

I believe strongly that we are all blessed with certain gifts and talents and we are called on to serve each other.

While I believe I have been doing that, I also do not want to leave someone behind.

I know, that sounds weird even as I type it.

But this is me “putting it all on the table” as candidly as I can, so you can make the best decision for you.
