  • If you’ve got an Internet based company, send them an extra “special” report, or perhaps bonus them with a surprise audio or video. Or, mail them one of your books as a surprise gift with a thank you note.

Showing gratitude, and going the extra mile, especially for your best customers, will definitely put a smile on their faces.

You can be sure they will remember you and talk about you to their friends.

Sure, it might take a few dollars and a bit of your time, but it more than it pays for itself, over and over.

Plus, you won’t have to worry about the competition.

Remember, there’s never a traffic jam on the extra mile.

And remember, it’s far easier, and much more cost-effective, to keep the customers you have longer, rather than trying to always attract new ones.

It’s also much more profitable.
