Jeffrey Deckman is gifted and talented entrepreneur.

He is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, and nationally recognized innovator in the mindsets and methods necessary to lead and manage today’s multi-generational workforce.

Jeff has built two multi-million-dollar companies in the telecommunications integration industry and several non-profits before he founded Capability Accelerators.

In 2016, Jeffrey was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This experience was wholly transformative as it deepened his ability to experience life and reinforced his commitment to work to develop future generations of leaders.

Jeffrey wrote the internationally best-selling book, Developing the Conscious Leadership Mindset for the 21st Century: Insight for Leading Change.

I first met Jeff when he was a guest on my podcast, Dream Business Radio.

Jeff then attended one of my live Dream Business Mastermind events in New England.

He subsequently decided to join my Dream Business Mastermind at the Diamond Coaching Level, and we got started building out his new coaching and consulting business, based largely on the principles of his book, Conscious Leadership.

One of the things I greatly admire about Jeff, is his ability to take a risk to do big things.

One of my favorite expressions, is that it is hard to go fast with one foot on the dock, and the other foot in the boat.

Entrepreneurs who do big things, they first DECIDE, and then they jump in with both feet and begin to move forward.

As Jeff and I began to develop his new mastermind group, and coaching programs, Jeff felt that some of his past clients were no longer serving his new mission.

Being an expert on leadership and mindset, Jeff took his own advice, and cut ties with some past client relationships that no longer served his new vision and plan.

This is a gutsy move to be sure, but in hindsight, it was the right move.

Today, Jeff’s new consulting and coaching programs are booming.

A couple weeks ago, Jeff turned a conversation with a perspective new mastermind member, into a private mastermind experience for ten top-level executives in one company.

This is the kind of amazing result that comes from focus, belief in yourself and the talent you bring to the table, and most importantly, the courage to act on your dream and do big things.

On a recent private coaching call, Jeff told me that he signed two more new consulting gigs with large companies.

Like so many other coaching clients that I have the privilege to work with, when Jeff and I started working together, he had already achieved some success, and demonstrated that he’s willing to take a risk.

Most importantly, Jeff recognized that, like many entrepreneurs, we are often too close to our own businesses to see new opportunities for growth.

Working with a coach often provides the springboard to new reach new levels of success.
