In business, the focus of keeping the cost as low as possible rules the mind of many people. However, there are times when you must be prepared to give away. Think of a businessman who sells a bicycle to a client. A few months down the line, the client comes back with one of the wheels badly bent. He complains that it is faulty and was bought from the business.

While it is clear that the bike rider had hit an object and damaged the wheel, the seller goes ahead and indicates he will replace the wheel. The buyer insists, and the client goes home very happy. A few weeks later, the same buyer comes back to the same shop and buys two more bikes; one for the wife and another for himself.
