Most entrepreneurs would love to create a Dream Business that will support their dream lifestyle.

And while it’s no secret that creating a highly successful business requires patience, persistence, and serious sustained effort, something unexpected happens when an entrepreneur begins to transition from an ordinary business to an extraordinary business.

The “transition” often begins when you create a new high-powered brand designed to attract higher value clients.

You may also introduce new programs, along with new pricing, based on the increased demand for your time.

It’s during the “transition” that some of your old customers or followers may revolt!

They might unsubscribe or unfollow.

A few may even say some “not nice” things about you!

Having done this for myself and many other coaching clients, I can tell you that it is impossible to prevent.

During my transition, I was taking what I thought were bold steps.

At the same time, I felt guilty and at blame for why I wasn’t further ahead.

You see, while seemingly being in action and taking what in my head were “big steps” – I knew in my heart of hearts that I was dragging my feet and not stepping up to play the bigger game that I knew was possible.

The reasons don’t matter, but you can bet they were based in fear, imposter syndrome, bad money mindset, and my incredible desire for a quick win, which translates into me being cheap and hoping that a tiny investment in my business would immediately pay huge dividends.

You’ll be pleased to know this:

This transition is exactly what needs to happen to propel you from ordinary to extraordinary.

Trying desperately to please all people is a recipe for disaster.

(Or at least cause mass confusion.)

It’s like keeping one foot on the dock and another in your boat: it won’t end pretty.

You simply must choose where you want to be — in the safe and familiar current business model, or risk yet again and move to the next level.

If you choose to transition to achieve higher levels of success and earn higher incomes, accept that the not everyone in your “current” community will want to leave the familiar comfort of where they are now and go along for the ride.

Don’t let them hold you back.
